Each TPMS sensor has a unique ID code. Please make sure the sensor is installed in corresponding tire. The arrangements can be changed in the nGauge 4x4 App afterwards if incorrectly installed.
Installation Diagram:
- Remove tyre, valve cap and valve.
- Install Internal TPMS unit
- Inflate tyre to desired pressure
- Put valve cap back on
- Test balancing
- Adjust balance
The nGauge 4x4 Internal TPMS sensors should be installed at a reputable tyre fitment specialist. After replacing the stock valve with the pressure sensor and reinflating the tyre to the target pressure, the wheel should be re-balanced. To optimise battery use, the sensors only sends readings when the value changes. If no readings are detected, try driving the vehicle a short distance. As the temperature changes, the sensor should start transmitting data.
