Manual - Internal Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensor TPMS

Each TPMS sensor has a unique ID code. Please make sure the sensor is installed in corresponding tire. The arrangements can be changed in the nGauge 4x4 App afterwards if incorrectly installed.

Installation Diagram:

TPMS Fitment

  1. Remove tyre, valve cap and valve.
  2. Install Internal TPMS unit
  3. Inflate tyre to desired pressure
  4. Put valve cap back on
  5. Test balancing
  6. Adjust balance

The nGauge 4x4 Internal TPMS sensors should be installed at a reputable tyre fitment specialist. After replacing the stock valve with the pressure sensor and reinflating the tyre to the target pressure, the wheel should be re-balanced. To optimise battery use, the sensors only sends readings when the value changes. If no readings are detected, try driving the vehicle a short distance. As the temperature changes, the sensor should start transmitting data.
